you, we must have a signed contract prior to your inspection. If
you are attending your inspection, a contract can be accomplished at
the inspection. If you can not attend your inspection, please
click on the applicable link(s) below, print and fill out the contract(s) as needed, and fax the contract(s) back to us as quickly
as you can.
Please understand we can not
perform any service without having a signed contact. This is a
state requirement based on the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board.
When mold samples are requested
by you, we must have your initials annotated on the mold contract.
Therefore, the contract must be accomplished at the inspection.
This requirement is for your protection in ensuring that any sign of
mold seen or detected by us is what you want sampled.
